The City Hall’s switchboard is open from 8 a.m. to 7p.m., Monday to Friday, from 08:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays. Outside of these hours there is a telephone number which is manned 365 days a year. The caretaking staff and night security are able to contact councillors and the duty manager in an emergency.
